Submission of CAPF 52

A CAPF 52 is associated with each phase of this program. Cadets are excepted to print, maintain their forms at the start of each phase. It is the cadet’s responsibility to ensure that the completed CAPFs 52 are sent to NHQ CAP/CPR. Individuals may fax the CAPFs 52 to NHQ CAP/CPR (fax: 334.953.6699). It is the cadet’s responsibility to mail the cadet phase packet orders, along with their payment, directly to the CAP Bookstore.

Meetings & Notices

A reminder that all cadets in Phase III and Phase IV are expected to be mentors to cadets in Phase I and Phase II.
